Refund Policy for Shapewear

At LISS, we prioritize both your comfort and hygiene. Due to the nature of shapewear being in direct contact with the skin, we’ve designed our refund policy to ensure customer safety while also delivering the best customer service.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged shapewear items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, all returned products must still have their original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety, shapewear that has been tried on, worn, or shows any signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure to try on the shapewear over your own undergarments when first trying the product.

  3. Size Exchange: We offer size exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused items. If the shapewear doesn’t fit perfectly, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size at no additional cost. Shipping fees may apply.

Refund Process:

  1. Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email/contact] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  2. Refund Approval: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. We’ll cover all shipping fees for defective or damaged products.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
